Arma 3 launcher not downloading mods

Arma 3 launcher is telling me my dozens of mods (all of them) are “not ready”. Also showing “mods are up to date and steam is online”. Nothing is downloading in steam. I just played a few days ago with no issues. Anyone know what’s going on? If it matters I do have . To do this, download the mod like normal, and go into your Arma 3 Launcher. Press the icon on a mod in the launcher and select the 'Open Folder in Windows Explorer' option. Accept the popup. I am trying to download some mods through a3 launcher to play Exile with my friends but they arent downloading. After clicking the "download mods" button next to the server we wanted to join it started the downloads but it is not progressing. Under the "Mods" tab the mods that are to be downloaded have a gray bar and say "waiting" but they. So usually when the arma 3 launcher, the bottom shows the mod being updated/installed. When the a3 launcher gives you the "force download" option, 1st check your downloads tab to see if something called "arma 3 workshop" is there. If not, clear your cache from this thread, steam-downloads-clear download cache. This will log you out and you should be fine. I had a look in the "Steam Workshop Folder and in this folder are all my Mods downloaded but in The Arma 3 Workshop folder are just mods so in the launcher are missing Mods. I think the problem is caused by Bohemias Launcher and not by Steam. I will post some screenshots for better comprehensibility i really hope for help.

unfortunately Arma 3 Launcher no longer have control over download process, it's all controlled by Steam client.
